2. Products & Custom Manufacturing

Sineset specializes in custom-manufactured insect screens, blinds, and shading systems. Please note the following:

• •All products are manufactured to order based on the dimensions and specifications provided by the customer.
• •It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all measurements, variant selections, and product specifications are accurate before confirming the order.
• •Sineset is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
• •We recommend using our Online Measuring Aid or consulting with our customer support team before placing an order if you are unsure about measurements.

3. Orders & Pricing

• •Prices are displayed based on your detected country and may vary by region and currency.
• •Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• •Once an order is confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
• •Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of materials.
• •All applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Payments

• •All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers that comply with PCI-DSS standards.
• •We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.
• •Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
• •For B2B customers, alternative payment terms may be arranged upon approval.

5. Accounts

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •Business (B2B) accounts require admin approval before full access is granted.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

7. Installation & Product Use

8. Defective Product Reporting

• •Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the product.
• •Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• •Claims submitted after the reporting deadlines may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

9. Delivery & Delays

10. Limitation of Liability

• •Sineset shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification of products.
• •Our total liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.
• •We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
• •We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir, Turkey.
