Shipping Policy

1. Production & Processing Time

Since all Sineset products are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, please allow time for production before shipping:

Production begins only after full payment has been confirmed. Estimated timelines start from the date of payment confirmation, not the date of order placement.

  • Standard Products: Production typically takes 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Complex or Large Orders: Orders with special configurations or bulk quantities may require additional production time. You will be notified of estimated timelines.
  • B2B Orders: Production timelines for wholesale and dealer orders are communicated individually based on order volume.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method:

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after production
  • Shipped via reputable cargo companies

European Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 5–12 business days after production
  • Customs clearance times may vary by country

International Shipping (Rest of World)

  • Standard delivery: 7–20 business days after production
  • Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing

3. Partial Shipments

For large or multi-product orders, Sineset reserves the right to ship products in multiple shipments as they are completed. Each partial shipment will include its own tracking information. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in multiple packages. No additional shipping charges will apply for partial shipments initiated by Sineset.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the cargo company. You can use this information to track your delivery in real time. Tracking information is also available in your account under order history.

6. Delivery & Inspection

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery for any visible damage to the packaging.
  • If the packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs before opening.
  • Report any shipping damage to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
  • Sineset is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.

8. Customs & International Regulations

  • International shipments are subject to customs inspection and processing by the destination country's authorities. Sineset has no control over customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for delays, additional inspections, or holds imposed by customs agencies.
  • Any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Sineset provides all necessary export documentation (including commercial invoices and HS codes) to facilitate customs clearance.

9. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs processing delays, port congestion, public holidays, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. Sineset will not be held liable for such delays and they do not entitle the customer to cancel an order already in production or in transit. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays.
