Return & Refund Policy
1. Custom-Made Products
All Sineset products — including insect screens, blinds, zip screens, and shading systems — are custom-manufactured to order based on the exact dimensions and specifications provided by the customer. Due to the bespoke nature of our products:
Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping.
In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized. All Sineset products are manufactured to the customer's exact specifications and therefore fall under this exception.
2. Customer Responsibility
- •The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate measurements and selecting the correct product specifications at the time of order.
- •Orders placed with incorrect measurements or wrong variant selections are not eligible for return or refund.
- •We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements and consulting our Online Measuring Aid or customer support team before placing your order.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To report a defect:
- 1.Contact our customer support within 7 business days of receiving the product.
- 2.Provide your order number and a clear description of the defect.
- 3.Include clear photographs or videos showing the defect.
- 4.Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
4. Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping:
- •Inspect the package upon delivery. If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt if possible.
- •Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- •Provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product.
- •Do not attempt to install or modify the damaged product, as this may void the claim.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be manufactured and shipped at no additional cost, or issue a full refund at your preference. Return shipping costs for verified shipping damage claims will be covered by Sineset.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- •Products manufactured to correct specifications with no defects
- •Products with incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- •Products that have been installed, modified, or altered after delivery
- •Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow provided installation instructions
- •Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- •Claims submitted after the reporting deadline
6. Inspection & Refund Process
- •All return claims are subject to inspection and verification by our quality control team based on the photographs, videos, and documentation provided.
- •In some cases, we may request that the product be returned for physical inspection before a refund or replacement is issued. Return shipping for verified defect claims will be arranged and covered by Sineset.
- •Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of claim approval or completion of product inspection.
- •Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- •Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Order Cancellation
- •Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
- •Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled as materials have been cut and assembled to your specifications.
